Mindfulness is at the heart of Billie Frances’ life and work. She is passionate about teaching others to master mindfulness techniques and make the changes needed to step into the next phase of their lives.
She is the founder of Guiding Mindful Change, a heart-centered, comprehensive, and accelerated coach certification course. It is a joy to support students to learn, practice and master proven coaching methods that enrich their lives and empower their clients. Billie is delighted to support a select team of Instructors who embody the spirit of mindful coaching. She has invested decades to develop her own skills to better guide her clients and students. She is a licensed therapist, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Board Certified Coach, and licensed spiritual counselor.
She is blessed to live in San Diego near her daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter. Downtown living allows Billie to enjoy family, music, live theater and her favorite pastime…baseball.
