Guiding Mindful Change Online Course Refund Policy
Students who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. Refunds/credits for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
· The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner. A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $150.
· The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund in writing via email within 3 weeks of the start of the synchronous portion of a course. A 75% refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $150.
· The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund in writing via email within 3 business days of the start of the synchronous portion of a course. A 50% refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $150 OR student/user may receive credit good for one year should he/she need to interrupt and repeat the course. The amount or credit given, or the period to be repeated shall be determined by the Facilitator and Guiding Mindful Change. This determination shall be based solely upon the Facilitator’s and Guiding Mindful Change’s evaluation of student/user’s circumstances.
· If the student/user begins the course AND the student/user notifies Guiding Mindful Change in writing he/she needs to discontinue the course, the student/user may receive credit good for one year should he/she need to interrupt and repeat the Training. The amount or credit given, or the period to be repeated shall be determined by the Facilitator and Guiding Mindful Change. This determination shall be based solely upon the Facilitator’s and Guiding Mindful Change’s evaluation of student/user’s progress and need.
